Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PamirPay ("the Service"). By creating an account or sending a top-up, you accept these terms.

1. The service

PamirPay enables UK and EU residents to purchase mobile airtime credit for recipients on Afghan mobile networks. The Service is currently a demonstration prototype; no real funds are processed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally resident in the UK or EU.
• You must have legal authority to use the payment method you provide.

3. Fees & exchange rates

Service fees and the GBP → AFN exchange rate are displayed before you confirm a top-up. Rates are indicative and refreshed periodically.

4. Refunds

Top-ups delivered to the wrong number due to a typo by you are non-refundable. Failed deliveries on our side will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or to top up numbers belonging to sanctioned individuals.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the failed transaction.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
