PamirPay respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email address, password (hashed).
• Transaction: recipient phone number, operator, amount, timestamp.
• Payment: we never store full card numbers. Card details are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
• Technical: IP address, device type, browser language for fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To deliver airtime to the recipient you specify.
• To prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering law.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts).

Sharing

We share data only with: our payment processor, our airtime delivery partner, and where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email privacy@pamirpay.app.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 5 years to meet AML obligations.
